Mally's Ally does not offer refunds unless the item sent was wrong. You may send the item back for any exchange only once exchange has been approved by Melanie after hearing your issue. You have 7 days to return your item once you receive your shipment. WE DO NOT issue a credit with out having the returned items sent back to us first. Shipping fee's for items that are returned will be BUYER'S responsibility. Cancelled orders are not allowed. Once order is placed it is considered in process.
Once item is received you will receive a full credit for item(s) LESS the shipping cost of the original shipping. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on all items returned. No exceptions. The credit can be used toward's any other Mally's Ally items and shipping.
If your purchase was approved then your card will be charged back accordingly by the refund policy above. On occasion, we will accept a return. Please e-mail with your situation and we will get back with you. Again, all return policies will apply. Shipping fee's for item's that are returned will be BUYERS responsibility. Shipping fees for sending the item will be deducted from refund along with the 20% restocking fee.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDER PLACEMENT, CONDITIONS, REFUNDS AND OTHER ISSUES
Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable. Custom orders are made special for you and cannot be refunded so please make sure that you want the skirt before ordering. If melanie accepts a cancellation on any custom orderthen the following will apply.
It is understood that a custom clothing order, once it has been submitted and subsequently processed, cannot be cancelled. Should it under some circumstances, be agreed by mallysally.com cancel a custom clothing order that is in production, a cancellation fee of 20% of the custom clothing order, would be deducted from the submitted payment before a refund is issued or a charge back made to the card used for payment submission. All fees, charges and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Should after a custom clothing order be placed and there be need to make changes to the order, be it changes to colors, fabrics, styles, sizes or any other aspect, mallysally.com reserves the right to charge additional fees and incidental charges dependant on the level and depth of such changes as ascertained by mallysally.com. It is accepted that all such charges will be duly ascertained by mallysally.com and charged to the order account as necessary prior to incorporating such changes to the items in the order. mallysally.com however will try its best to keep such charges as low as possible depending on the level of changes required to an order already placed.
Shipment Refusal:
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fee's associated with the delivery.
We ship orders Monday - Friday using usps Priority mail. Mallys ally recommends insurance on all packages. (Express mail is also available.) Most orders will be shipped within 60 hours but depending on availability, some orders might take up to 14 business days. Custom orders will be shipped when the order is finished. If paying by personl check, your items will be shipped once the funds have cleared our bank. This usually takes up to a week. If your check is returned to us for insufficient funds or for any other reason, you will be charged a service fee of $25.00

The above price reflects shipping within the united states. This pertains to most itmes. Some heavier items such as puppets, might cost more. We will notify you of any incidences before order is processed. If you are placing an international order and we do not charge you shipping, we will compute the shipping charges for your destination and e-mail you the shipping balance. If you are charged a U.S. rate we will deduct the amount of your total . No orders will be processed until the shipping charges are paid in full.
